How soon can I book?

Bookings can be made up to a few days before the start of the trade fair, depending on availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date. Please note: For last-minute bookings, pre-trade fair content (e.g. social media posts or newsletters before the trade fair) can no longer be implemented. In this case, we will work with you to find a suitable solution for your communication needs.

How quickly will I receive the finished content?

We usually deliver photos within 24 hours and videos within 24–48 hours, depending on the package and the desired scope.

How does the approval process work?

You will receive a preview link where you can check your content. One round of corrections is included in the package; additional adjustments are available as an add-on.

What rights of use do I have?

You receive unlimited rights of use for your own channels (website, social media, sales) in terms of time and location.

Do we get the raw material?

Yes, we can provide the raw material as an add-on upon request.

Can you work with our stand builder or PR team?

We would be delighted to do so – we will coordinate directly with your team on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Simply provide us with the name of the desired contact person.

How is billing carried out?

Booking and payment can be conveniently arranged via the Koelnmesse exhibitor shop.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the agreed production date.
– Up to 3 days before the date, we charge 50% of the package price.
– From 1 day before the date and for cancellations on the same day, the full package price will be charged.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise on the production day, we will of course seek a fair compromise. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, the briefing in advance and the availability of the designated contact person on the measurement date are particularly important.
